In the Climb Program, we’ll cover a topics that are foundational to getting your financial footing and setting yourself up for future success.

What you can expect from the Climb Program:

  • Set realistic and intentional financial goals for your future.

    Goal setting is harder than it sounds.

    Rather than simply deciding on random financial numbers, goal setting requires you to truly envision your ideal future and figure out what it will take to get there.

    Together, we’ll review your core values, your vision for your future, and the important relationships in your life that impact your goals.

    From there, we’ll determine what your financial goals are and why you’re setting those goals so you stay on track.

    By the end of this program, you’ll have a clear picture of what really matters when it comes to achieving financial success.

  • Get a handle on your household cash flow.

    Cash flow simply means taking into account what money is coming in and where that money is going out.

    We’ll develop a simple yet effective tool that helps you manage your expenses to the dollar on a monthly and yearly basis.

    You’ll know precisely how much money is coming in and where the heck it’s all going out.

    From there, you can make changes as necessary to manage your expenses and ensure your spending is truly within a budget that’s aligned with your values.

    To top it off, we’ll help you create a cash flow summary and easy-to-use budgeting process—and you’ll understand what these do for you and why they’re necessary.

  • Take your savings further than you ever thought possible.

    Our signature personal finance savings strategy, Elevations, can help you reach your savings goals.

    From saving your first $2,000 emergency fund to banking 6-12 months of living expenses, we’ll help you learn and execute savings strategies so you’re ready for life’s curveballs.

  • Know you’re covered in all the right ways.

    Ever feel overwhelmed by all the different insurance policies you’re supposed to have?

    In the Climb Program, we’ll answer these questions and more.

    We’ll also perform a comprehensive review of your existing insurance policies—including your employee benefits options—and help you create a plan to determine what you do and don’t need to cover all your bases.

    Taxes play a big role in your financial success.

    We can help you understand the Tax Man and learn how to work with him.

    Together, we’ll identify tax planning strategies to optimize your financial position so you can keep more of what you make.

    Ultimately, our goal is to help you figure out how to pay exactly what you owe—and not a penny more.

  • Go further with your finances.

    Mastering the art of saving money is the first step toward financial success, but it isn’t the end goal.

    The end goal is investing.

    The Climb Program provides a foundation of investing education so you can arm yourself with the fundamentals you need to make better decisions about where and how your money is invested.

    We’ll teach you the fundamentals of investing in a way that makes sense to you—no complicated whiteboard scribbles or dry presentations chock-full of financial jargon.

    You’ll walk away with easy-to-implement investing knowledge and a customized investment policy statement to guide your future investing decisions.

Program Length: 4 Months

Schedule: 10 Sessions

This program includes one month of weekly 1-hour coaching sessions and then a 1-hour session every other week for a total of 10 1-hour sessions.

Before the initial 1-hour coaching session, you are required to complete prep work so that when the session occurs, time will be focused on covering your financial life.

This program focuses on your behaviors, new budget, and goal-setting over a multi-period view such as a year or two years into the future.

We will develop action steps, discuss your progress, answer your questions, and provide accountability on the actions you’re taking.
